The only reason I gave it 1 star is so hopefully this get seen. My mother has had a really bad year. She lost her husband of 25 years in February then their house burned down in may and her car was wrecked in July. Since her and my step-dad had used akin before she used them this time. She got her check in from the insurance to cover the car but she had a few things come up that she had to pay instead. Now the total bill was around 3600 dollars the day she went to get it she gave akin bodyshop 2000 dollars and he still wouldn't let her have her car. She had to get the bill to 500 before he would give her car to her and he still held the title until she pays the 500 off. Now mind you she is on social security and now this month cannot pay her bills due to having to pay him so much to get her car. Just wanted you to know
