The ownner of this store is a christian and shares the love of Christ with all who enter his store. I have always been treated with respect and felt the compassion that the employees have as they do what is necessary to meet our medical needs.
Once I told the clerk that I had Tenn Care insurance the tone changed dramatically, I was treated like second class. The clerk told me to wait as she took a personal call and when I angrily demanded to speak with the owner, I got similar treatment from her. I certainly know that customer service is crucial in any business. The owner of this company is obviously not aware how quickly unhappy customers can put them out of business!
